10. Can I call the insurance company directly to make changes to my insurance benefits?
All changes to insurance benefits must go through the Employee Benefits Department. Changes to the premium will ALWAYS effect the payroll deduction. An employee can always call the insurance company or their representative to ask questions concerning their policy but not to make changes to the policy which would affect the payroll deduction.
