8. If I have a qualifying event and need to change my benefits, how long do I have to make the necessary changes?
If a qualifying event is past 60 days, we cannot make the necessary change. Contact the Employee Benefits Department as soon as possible when you experience a life changing event that will affect your benefits. All of the necessary forms must be completed and SUBMITTED within the 60 day time limit.
