If an employee does not receive a payroll check or his/her payroll
check is not large enough to cover the entire cost of the insurance
deductions, an insurance due statement will be mailed to the employee’s
home address. The employee will be responsible for the cost of the
deductions and should pay that amount to DeSoto County Schools on or
before the end of the month. Payments are accepted by cash or check in
the Employee Benefits Department. Our office is open Monday through
Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
